My Path from Passion to HR Consulting

Hello, and welcome! I am glad you are here and visiting my page! Are you a business owner looking for some HR support or are you an employee wondering what HR is all about?? I am excited to share with you a little about myself and what inspired me in this journey.

When I was younger, I went through college as a Dental Hygienist with a passion of managing or even owning my own Dental office. I had always thought it would be amazing to run my own practice and work with an amazing team but after working as an Office Manager in a small busy dental office, and recently completing my Human Resources Management Program at Conestoga College I discovered a passion for HR instead.

I wanted to use my skills to support other businesses- especially small to medium-sized businesses- that don't always have in-house HR support. My goal is to gain clients in all industries but also with a focus on Dental offices as that is where I have my most experience as I have 18 years of experience in the dental field.

I believe in achieving overall success through our one-on-one client-centred approach through strong relationships and more modern solutions. I believe HR should be personal and tailored to each client. I am here to make HR feel accessible- not overwhelming. Our Vision is to Build Better Teams Together through modern expertise and a human-centred approach.
