Our Story
​Natalie Beacock, is a graduate of the Human Resources Management Program at Conestoga College. With two decades of expertise in crafting resumes and cover letters, alongside a well-rounded perspective from her experience. Natalie has developed a robust skill set in resume building, interview techniques, policy and procedure manual development and the recruitment process. As an Operations Manager at a Dental Office, Natalie has also got experience with employment contracts, payroll, performance management and employee engagement. Through Natalie's academics, she has gained skills in Employee and Labour Relations and Health and Safety.​
Natalie is passionate about recruitment for small businesses—a vision she has pursued since her role as an Office Manager at a dental office in 2021.​ In her spare time, Natalie enjoys outdoor adventures, camping, and quality time with her family. She also has a passion for baking and keeps herself up-to-date on policies, procedures, and best practices for resume writing, cover letters, and interview skills.
